Yes, absolutely. If you already have a contractor you'd like a quote from, we're happy to help obtain and compare quotes from that contractor alongside our own recommendations.
We act as the link between you and the Spanish contractors. All communication goes through us, so you avoid language misunderstandings and can focus on the important decisions.
It naturally depends on the scope of the project. A smaller renovation can take 2–3 months, while a larger rebuild typically takes 4–8 months. We prepare a realistic timeline as part of the project.
